Connecting Artists With The World
Art Elfouly is an international art platform creating exhibitions, cultural experiences and meaningful connections between artists, collectors and institutions worldwide.

From the Studioto the Global Stage
Art Elfouly is an international curatorial platform founded by Oksana Elfouly. We connect artists with leading exhibitions, collectors, cultural institutions, and a global audience.
From Dubai and the Gulf countries to Europe and beyond, Art Elfouly develops carefully curated exhibitions, cultural programmes, artist residencies, and international collaborations.
Oksana Elfouly is an artist and international curator based in Dubai. Combining her own artistic practice with curatorial work, she has built a platform that helps artists reach the international stage. Oksana serves as Official Curator of World Art Dubai and Ambassador of ITSLIQUID. Her projects span key art events across the Gulf and Europe, including Paris, Florence, Venice, London, Istanbul, and other cities.
At the heart of our work lies a single principle: to create real professional opportunities for artists and bring outstanding contemporary art closer to new audiences and collectors.

The Journal
Curatorial notes, artist guidance and field reports from exhibitions in the Gulf and Europe — written from inside the projects we produce.
What A Fair Floor Actually Asks Of An Artist
A fair is not a gallery. Ten metres of wall, nine hours a day, and a visitor who decides in four seconds.
The Quiet Decisions: Sequence, Height, Distance
Hanging is an argument. The order of works decides what a visitor believes by the time they reach the last wall.
Preparing A Portfolio That Curators Actually Read
Fifteen images, one page of text, correct file names. Most rejections are administrative, not artistic.
How A Collection Begins — Usually With A Mistake
Almost every collector we work with bought something early that they now keep in storage. That purchase taught them their own eye.
What Travels Between Dubai And A European Salon
Art Voyage moved from Florence to London to Cannes. The works stayed the same; almost everything around them changed.
Residency Diaries: Time As The Actual Material
Notes from the château — long studio days, shared tables, and what happens when a deadline is removed.
Istanbul: Showing Contemporary Work In Historic Rooms
IAAF İstanbul places new work in a city with layers. The building is never neutral — so it becomes part of the curation.
Private Viewings: Why The Best Rooms Are Empty
Away from the fair floor, a collector spends eleven minutes with a single work instead of four seconds with fifty.
Writing A Wall Text Nobody Skips
Sixty words, one idea, no jargon. If a visitor has to read it twice, the text has failed, not the visitor.
In The Press
Art Elfouly publishes press coverage only once an article, interview or feature has been verified and confirmed with the publication. Confirmed coverage is added here as it appears.
For interview requests, press images or media accreditation to an exhibition or opening, please contact the press desk.
